FIRST STEP
Given the wide range of possibilities, each custom Project starts with the First Step.
The First Step is perfect when you don’t know where to start or have many ideas and would like help prioritizing. Alternatively, you may know exactly where you’d like us to focus and this is where we’ll delve into the details & set our parameters.
The First Step is a 30-minute video/teleconference where we have a deeper discussion of your needs. It is a precursor to all Projects except Bright Ideas. As a follow-up to the First Step, you’ll receive a personalized proposal and agreement covering the scope, pricing and timing for your specific Project.

CONSIDERATIONS
ADVISORY DAYS
Advisory Days are additional days of email support after the Final Recommendation is issued. You may not implement right away and additional questions may arise. This additional time offers flexibility and access to me but does not include revisions or other changes to the final recommendation. Advisory Days expire 30 days after the final recommendation is issued.
EXCLUSIONS
All Projects exclude management and execution. Referrals may be available.
RUSH PROJECTS
Rush Projects may be accepted as time permits for an additional fee which will be based on the nature of the request.
IN-PERSON MEETINGS
Available based on availability and at the client’s expense (travel and accommodations).
